I know that the platinum wand can go for alot if it has a special skin, mine came from FOW HM is this the good skin or no? also its q13 I haven't IDed it yet should i sell it as a gold unid or id it for a chance of something?

Plat wand has only one skin. But they can appear as noninscribable and inscribable. The first one might be worth alot but second one not really. Yours is inscribable with high req. I'd ID it to boost title and check out the mods (perferct HSR wand wrapping is worth like 4-5k) and merch it

Platinum wand is the name of the skin.

Req/type can be as important or more important on some items. So req 13 is the worst. Req 9 is generally the best you can find though wands come maxed all the way down to req 7 (but no longer drop). If it were req 9 or maybe 10, you might get 5-10k depending on type of platinum wand. Certain magic types are more popular/valuable.

When pc'ing, include skin, req, type, max stats/stats and if it is insrcibable or has inherent mods, and include those mods.
